Dear Parent: Welcome to Cooperative Parenting!! This is a popular and effective course to help parents who are living apart and rearing their children in separate homes. Since 2000, Cooperative Parenting has demonstrated its value and continues to be the only program of its kind in San Diego County. One part group therapy, one part educational experience, Cooperative Parenting has graduated more than 5500 parents in the past ten years. Cooperative Parenting is widely available, affordable and a sound investment in healthy communication and emotional functioning after separation or divorce. Please read each section of this site and call (760-436-3039) or e-mail (sharidelisle@roadrunner.com) to register for a class as soon as possible. A confirmation letter will be sent to you. It is parents’conflict that creates the greatest misery and stress for children after their parents have ended their relationship. Cooperative Parenting teaches parents how to change their thinking and behavior to assure a good and child-sensitive co-parenting relationship following a separation or divorce. Fill out the registration form and bring it with your tuition to the first class meeting. Remember that new partners, grandparents and other guests are welcome to attend with a parent.
